Founded by Stephanie Sinis, a Middlebury College graduate and an ACC Accredited Coach, Team Up Coaching was created from the firm belief that life is better with a team and the genuine desire to provide a service that helps people succeed!
When not coaching, Steph can be found loving on her supportive husband and pack of wildly silly daughters or soaking in the collection of women she has picked up along the way, that make her feel like her best self.
